Cycle Systems Ltd Cancellation Policy Standard for VSQ 3993
- Introduction
Cycle Systems Ltd deals with cancellations in accordance with the procedure outlined below.
- Company Statement
Cycle Systems Ltd is committed to running it s schedule of courses as published on the Cycle Systems Academy website without interruption.
- In the Event of Our Cancellation
Should Cycle Systems Ltd need to cancel a course however, either at short notice or with a longer period of notice, and without regard for the reason of cancellation, then Cycle Systems Ltd will take responsibility to:
· Inform the buyer of the cancellation as soon as the need to cancel is known;
· Offer alternative course dates to the buyer;
· Give the buyer complete preference as to the course dates to choose.
After this process has taken place, and if the buyer decides to withdraw their place regardless of the new course dates on offer, Cycle Systems Ltd reserves the right to keep the non-refundable £100 deposit received but to refund the balance in full if it has been paid at point of cancellation. Cycle Systems Ltd is not able to refund the course cost or any other expenses incurred by the customer.
- In the Event of a Student Cancelling
Should the buyer withdraw their place from a course then Cycle Systems Ltd implements the following:
· The £100 deposit will not be refundable.
· 50% of the full balance will be due if the student cancels less than one month before the course start date.
· If 100% of the remaining balance will be due if the student cancels less than two weeks before the course start date.
- Transfer Between Courses
Cycle Systems Ltd will transfer the £100 deposit to another course if the student informs the office at least one month before the current course they are enrolled on begins that they wish to change their registration. Should the student wish to transfer their registration less than one month before the current course they are enrolled upon, Cycle Systems reserves the right to charge for their current place as stated in paragraph Four above and not to discount this money into the balance due for the new course.
