Cycle Systems Academy is delighted to announce its partnership with Havering College to provide full apprenticeship frameworks in Cycle Maintenance to the industry.

Opportunities in the Trade

Everybody’s saying it: the bike trade is booming.  Suppliers are reporting their best trading months ever, chains such as Halfords have their own bike shop brand, chains Evans and Cycle Surgery are expanding all the time, and floor space at last year’s cycle show was double that of the year before. On top of this, the Mayor of London has unveiled plans to roll out a free cycle hire scheme in the capital similar to the Paris “Velib” system – something that will undoubtedly be copied in major urban conurbations across the world.
