Task Summary
BB30 and BB90 units use sealed cartridge bearings that rest within the BB shell. Once the cranks are removed (and remember, the spindle is attached to these cranks and so will come off with them) all you need to do to refurbish is to drift out the sealed bearings and replace them back into the shell.
